Our sauces add the right balance for your rolls whether it’s the Spicy Mayo or Lime Crema, which is our lime infused sour cream. We also specialize in a Honey Truffle Aioli, our delicious French sauce not unlike mayo except that we add lemon juice, garlic, egg yolk and oil and accent it with the very rare, aromatic and intense earthy flavor of the truffle from the fungi family. A delicacy you must try to believe and one that partners particularly well with fish. We don’t stop there, though, because you can choose a Honey Wasabi Mayo, a Wasabi Ranch, Habanero, Mango, Sriracha, Teriyaki or Sweet Soy Sauce.
