The SushiFork Menu

We’ve got a variety of dishes that we’re sure you’ll love, with our spring rolls being some of our most popular. Alongside the traditional dishes that you can find almost anywhere in Tulsa, we’ve got a few that will make your mouth water before you’ve even sat down.

One of SushiFork’s fan favorites is Carnival, which contains a variety of ingredients. This includes yellowtail, spicy hot mess mix, salmon, cream cheese, jalapeno, bell peppers, and tempura friend.

This is then topped with togarashi, spicy mayo, sweet soy sauce, lime crema, and scallion. With all of this, we’re positive that your taste buds will have quite a sensation. Naturally, this is a dish that spice lovers will love.

If you’re not a lover of spice and want to stick to the plainer side of things, then you might want to consider California, which is another favorite among our customers. This is made with crab mix, avocado, and cucumber, which should get your tongue tingling with anticipation.

Here at Sushi X, we pride ourselves on serving everybody from Tusla, and that includes families. This means that we provide a selection of dishes that your children should enjoy, with many of these being spice-free so that you don’t have to worry about your kids having something too hot.

These include a corn dog and chicken bites, both of which come with fries, and have been a hit with many of our customers. For children looking for a more Oriental taste, then they could choose our Teriyaki Chicken, which is served with rice. Many customers have also fallen in love with our Chicken & Waffle Bites.

Pick & Mix

Our handcrafted sushi rolls can be made to your tastes, and we offer a range of pick and mix options for you to choose from. There are four categories to pick ingredients from, with the first being which roll you want.

There are two options available, with the first being a dried and roasted seaweed roll. Alternatively, you could pick a soy roll, which we’re proud to say is made out of 100% soy, which is something that many of our customers take advantage of.

Next is the choice between different cooked meats, of which there are a lot to choose from. This includes tempura salmon, yellowtail, tuna, crab and shrimp. If you’re not a fan of the tempura style, then you can choose from crab mix, shrimp, chicken, eel and fried calamari.

For non-meat eaters, we also have tofu available. There are also a variety of raw meats to choose from, including yellowtail, tuna, and salmon, which can also come smoked. You can also select a hot mess mix. If you fancy having more than one meat, then this is possible for an extra $2.50.

Now it’s time to choose your fillings, which include ponzu mushroom, lettuce, strawberry, carrot, sprouts, and jalapeno. You can also choose between bell pepper, avocado, cream cheese, and cucumber. Feel free to let us know how much of the topping you want added, and we’ll be happy to do so.

Next up are the toppings, of which SushiFork has quite a few. Some of the more notable are scallion, cilantro, mango, masago, and sesame seeds, although we have quite a few more. This includes tempura crunch, bacon, and togarashi.

On top of these, we’ve got a few other fillings that you mightn’t see anywhere else in Tulsa. This includes crushed Funyons and spicy crushed Cheetos. If you’re a fan of spice, then why not consider adding some ghost chile spice?

You could also add several premium toppings, such as avocado, hot mess mix, and crab mix.
